State the destination country, sales channel, target price level, fit and size range. These details affect the fabric, construction, branding and packing.
Do not send only a total quantity. List pieces by style, color and size so we can check material minimums, grading, labels, polybags and carton packing.
Tell us if repeat production matters. Available fabrics and standard trims usually suit smaller first orders; custom fabric has a separate minimum and schedule.
Send all labels, artwork, drawcords, trims, hangtags, polybags, size stickers and carton marks before the sample is approved.
Confirm the approved sample, measurements, tolerances, workmanship, function and packing checks. Tell us if you require your own inspector or an AQL inspection.
Send the construction, materials, print, trims, quantity, packing, currency, required delivery date, inspection method and FOB port.

Start with fewer styles and colors. Approve the sample and measurements, confirm labels and packing, and agree on the inspection method before bulk production. We can also check whether one free development sample applies.
