State the number of styles, expected quantity per style, size range, target market and desired delivery window. These inputs help determine whether the 30-piece route is practical for the actual specification.
A tech pack is best, but a physical reference sample or clear images can start the review. State whether the buyer pattern is ready, pattern development is needed, or a sample needs fit correction. Describe the target fit, waistband, rise, length, leg opening, pockets, lining and performance expectation without publishing confidential files.
List fabric hand feel, stretch, weight or quick-dry direction separately from print artwork, logo, labels, trims and packaging. Each can affect sample work, sourcing and MOQ.
If your company requires a specific test, compliance document, packaging format or inspection method, put it in the RFQ. Availability must be checked before it becomes a commercial commitment.
A useful RFQ lets the factory identify missing inputs, propose the next sample step and confirm which terms still need review. It is not a purchase order and does not lock either party into price or timing.
The form saves the text summary in the private inquiry log first. After the save is confirmed, WhatsApp opens so you can review the text and attach only the files you intend to send directly to Ethan.
