What do I need to start a private-label board shorts project?
Send a tech pack, physical sample or clear reference, quantity per style, target market, size range and your own branding direction. Jinfengtu reviews fit, fabric, artwork, labels and packing together. A suitable conventional-polyester sublimation or heat-transfer garment route may start from 30 pieces per style; custom components have separate minimums.

Mark the attachment position
Show the location and spacing on your drawing or sample. Agree the fabric layers and any reinforcement, then review alignment on the assembled garment.
Define the sample checks
Check how the complete fastening opens and closes and how it sits on the fabric. Agree separate test methods and acceptance criteria for any required attachment strength, wash durability or corrosion resistance.

Separate garment and component minimums
A suitable 30-piece garment route does not remove supplier minimums. Custom trims normally start from 1,000 pieces per style. Custom polybags and packaging normally start from 10,000 pieces per design; below that minimum, the published reference tooling charge is RMB 1,500. Final terms require confirmation.

Published working minimums for custom trims are 1,000 pieces per style; custom polybags and packaging are 10,000 pieces per design. Below the packaging minimum, a reference RMB 1,500 tooling charge applies. Confirm the actual supplier terms and sample scope before approval.
