WHY BUYERS SHORTLIST US
Twelve buyer checkpoints connect each capability statement to a public evidence page or a concrete RFQ next step. Facts, owner-confirmed roles, anonymized records and project-specific items are labeled separately.
Review directions include peach-skin, two-way and four-way stretch, recycled-polyester sourcing, solid or printed programs, waist systems, pockets, lining, trims and packing.
Review fabric decisions →Ethan Yu, Jinfengtu's general manager, is also a hands-on pattern maker. He can review the pattern and fit starting point directly from a Tech Pack, physical reference sample, clear images or written requirements.
Review the fit workflow →A private July 2026 close-up video clearly shows a FIDLOCK-marked sew-in pocket integrated into shorts; five related videos document construction and handling. The retained media do not show a water or submersion test or establish a factory-verified IP rating.
Review pocket requirements →Private historical Jielide records document project-specific YKK zipper ordering specifications. New items, colors, finishes, availability, price and timing still require supplier confirmation.
Review component sourcing →Tech pack, physical reference or clear product requirements lead into material review, sample development, revision and approved-reference alignment before bulk commitment.
The private 2026 archive contains 82 reviewed files: 14 spreadsheets and 68 production, sample and product images. Public views exclude customer identity and proprietary details.
Open the evidence boundary →Public record JF-QC-0730-01 shows a five-garment check group, the same visible area on a second garment, a recheck, visible workmanship review and an actual recorded result. It is process evidence, not a whole-lot pass claim.
One anonymized planning set totals 8,960 garments, including 8,515 swim or board shorts. It is planning and execution evidence, not final shipment proof.
Review order planning →A direct-project chain supports a 0.5 kg development parcel and a later eight-carton, 103 kg airfreight booking request with export-document coordination; final delivery and acceptance are not claimed.
Review the export evidence →Our approximately 70-person production team currently produces around 30,000–40,000 pairs of trousers and shorts per month in actual operations. Monthly output varies with product complexity, fabric, order mix and production schedule.
Review the operating structure →Jinfengtu, established in 2022, handles current overseas inquiries and project coordination. Jielide, registered in 2019, is a separately registered production partner in Jiangmen. Order roles are confirmed in writing.
Verify the entity structure →Share product type, quantity per style, target market, timing and a tech pack, reference sample, clear images or written requirements so Ethan can assess the next factory step.
Help me build a factory-ready RFQ →PROJECT-SPECIFIC CONFIRMATION: monthly output is not a guaranteed allocation. Available capacity, material, certification, sample scope, price and timing are confirmed against each actual style and production schedule.
OUR ACTUAL BUSINESS PATH
Most previous orders came through trading companies. The operating team also handled selected direct overseas projects through the earlier Jielide / NTGF Wear channel; Jinfengtu is now making that direct channel clearer and easier to access.
Our factory experience comes largely from manufacturing orders received through trading companies.
Those orders built practical experience in samples, production, inspection, packing and export-oriented handover.
Review the anonymized production archive →In July 2026, a new customer confirmed that GPT led them to Ethan through the team's earlier NTGF Wear website identity. The inquiry progressed to physical-sample review.
Read the anonymized referral case →An anonymized 2025 evidence chain covers a buyer specification, development parcel, direct deadline communication and eight-carton airfreight booking.

Focused categories help us build repeatable know-how in fit, fabric, print and finishing—while keeping your product identity proprietary.
