No. Sample-development cost is reviewed project by project. A complimentary first development sample may be considered only for a qualified overseas B2B project after the buyer brief, expected order quantity and commercial fit are reviewed. It is not an automatic entitlement.

No. The buyer pays international courier freight. The shipping arrangement is confirmed before dispatch.
