Can you manufacture four-way-stretch board shorts?
Yes. Common references include approximately 120 GSM 95/5 polyester-elastane and 140–150 GSM 90/10 polyester-elastane. A 145 GSM polyester reference with crosswise stretch must not be labeled four-way stretch unless the selected fabric meets the agreed definition.

It should stretch across both main directions and meet the buyer's agreed measurement and recovery criteria. Fiber content alone is not enough.

No. Composition and weight must be matched to the fit, artwork, movement, budget and test requirements.

Can you review recycled four-way-stretch fabric?
Yes, by project. Recycled content and supporting supplier or transaction documents must be verified for the selected material.

Does four-way stretch mean anti-chafing or quick-drying?
No. Those are separate performance questions and require their own material, construction and test or wearer-evaluation criteria.
