BEFORE WE QUOTE
These points affect the sample, price and production plan. We confirm them for your actual style.
The team reviews product type, quantity, target market, construction, material, artwork, sizing, packing and delivery requirements.
Pattern, fit, materials, trims and workmanship are developed into a sample for buyer review before bulk.
Approved inputs are prepared for cutting, print alignment, sewing and in-process workmanship checks.
Finished goods are inspected against the agreed standard, packed and prepared for the confirmed FOB handover arrangement.
PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION REFERENCE
This close-up shows fabric being cut beside paper templates, then the cut pieces on the table. A clear cutting brief connects the pattern, sample size and fabric direction before sewing begins.
Confirm the current pattern version, piece identification and size. Resolve any revision comments before preparing the sample pieces.
Mark grain or stretch direction and any placement or matching requirements. Review these against the actual fabric and authorized artwork.
Confirm seam allowances, notches and other required marks. Review the cut pieces against the agreed pattern; define measurable tolerances separately when needed.

PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION REFERENCE
Two close-ups show hands guiding light and dark fabric under sewing-machine presser feet. Turn a general workmanship request into clear seam details that the sample maker and buyer can review together.
Identify its position and the layers it joins. State the required seam and stitch construction, allowance and any visible topstitching.
Confirm thread, stitch density and reinforcement where needed. Match the specification to the selected fabric and intended use.
Check the sewn sample for the agreed appearance, puckering and exposed edges. Define a separate method and acceptance criteria if seam strength must be tested.

These process views do not measure stitch density or seam strength, or demonstrate a passed inspection. Use the approved sample and agreed specification for your project.

PUBLIC FACTORY EVIDENCE CHAIN
A public, privacy-reviewed record of project-level board shorts sample development in Jiangmen. Every shot maps to a source ID, exact source range and full SHA-256 value. The current metadata-cleaned website delivery copy follows the verified prior web derivative from the Evidence Clean master, with no cuts, speed changes, embedded captions, BGM, AI imagery or stock footage. The optional WebVTT track is separate and describes only the mapped visible actions; it does not transcribe source audio.

The close-up sewing video shows a process; any seam-strength requirement needs a separately agreed test method and acceptance criteria.
The first step is a feasibility review of the product brief, target quantity, construction, fabric, print, trims, size range, packing and delivery window.
Bulk begins after the sample, specification and commercial terms are approved and the required materials are aligned.
The working process uses the approved sample and specification, with material alignment, in-process workmanship checks and final inspection before packing.
Suitable board shorts specifications can start from 30 pieces per style. Feasibility depends on material, print, color and size allocation, trims, packaging and construction.
