Pattern, fit, materials, trims and workmanship are developed into a sample for buyer review before bulk.
Approved inputs are prepared for cutting, print alignment, sewing and in-process workmanship checks.
Finished goods are inspected against the agreed standard, packed and prepared for the confirmed FOB handover arrangement.
PUBLIC FACTORY EVIDENCE CHAIN
A public, privacy-reviewed record of project-level board shorts sample development in Jiangmen. Every shot maps to a source ID, exact source range and full SHA-256 value. The current metadata-cleaned website delivery copy follows the verified prior web derivative from the Evidence Clean master, with no cuts, speed changes, embedded captions, BGM, AI imagery or stock footage. The optional WebVTT track is separate and describes only the mapped visible actions; it does not transcribe source audio.

Bulk begins after the sample, specification and commercial terms are approved and the required materials are aligned.
The working process uses the approved sample and specification, with material alignment, in-process workmanship checks and final inspection before packing.
Suitable board shorts specifications can start from 30 pieces per style. Feasibility depends on material, print, color and size allocation, trims, packaging and construction.
